This true story touched me deeply. In one of our Blessed Bonding meetings, one of our members shared that he was too tired as he had been traveling and did not want to come to the meeting as his house was quite far. When he expressed to his wife, she told him, “Attend for the sake of our son”. She always used to encourage him to contribute for the cause of such children. Such concern by the parents is really heart touching and we all must strive for the sake of our children. We need to build a future for our children where they will co-exist in an inclusive society. If not us, they don’t have anybody to look after them.
An elderly person once told me, “If we don’t prepare the things for our future generation, they will also just go through life like the previous generation and our lives will never progress”.
